Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.

1. Request a Return Authorization Number.

Your refund will come back to you in the same manner in which you paid for your order, either a credit issued to your credit card or a refund check. Once we receive the returned product credit card refunds will appear on your credit card account in 7-10 business days, check refunds will be mailed in 10-14 business days. Check refunds can also be applied as a credit on account for future orders.

Please reach out to our Customer Care Department within 30 days of receiving your product. Any credit due will be initiated when the product is received by our warehouse.  Return authorizations are only valid in our system for 45 days. Please provide us with a valid tracking number when the item ships. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges (original and return freight), unless Block and Company is responsible for the product error.

Please note, the customer may be responsible for all S&H charges (original & return freight), unless Block and Company was responsible for the product error on the order. Many manufactured products we provide will require a restocking fee if you decide not to keep the product. This can vary from 10% to 50% of the cost of the product. The representative will get back to you with this information before proceeding.

2. Re– pack fragile items with care.

Please repackage the item in the original packaging if possible, and with the same care we used when we sent it out. The returned product must be undamaged from shipment or use. If not, we reserve the right to refuse credit if the item is not in resalable condition.

3. Made-to-order items are not returnable.
Any item you select options for is considered custom.  This means we will not be able to accept a return. If you have any questions about the items return policy prior to placing your order, please email Customer Service at bsi-store@blockinc.com to ask.
